2. What are the shipping costs?

For every country we calculate different shipping costs:
UK: If you placed an order under € 500,- we will calculate shipping costs.
France: If you placed an order under € 800,- we will calculate shipping costs.
Denmark: If you placed an order under € 500,-  we will calculate shipping costs.
Sweden: If you placed an order under € 900,-  we will calculate shipping costs.
Finland: If you placed an order under € 1500,-  we will calculate shipping costs.
Hungary: If you placed an order under € 1500,-  we will calculate shipping costs.
Estland: If you placed an order under € 1500,-  we will calculate shipping costs.
Italy: If you placed an order under € 900,-  we will calculate shipping costs.
Spain: If you placed an order under € 800,-  we will calculate shipping costs.
Ireland: If you placed an order under € 500,-  we will calculate shipping costs.
Letland: If you placed an order under € 800,-  we will calculate shipping costs.
Poland: If you placed an order under € 800,-  we will calculate shipping costs.

When you buy fabrics for a discounted price, the goods will be send ex mill. This will always in consultation with the seller.

3. What is the lengthwise of the fabric at the picture?

The lengthwise of the fabric is also the lengthwise at the picture. The width of the fabric is in the width at the picture.

4. I haven’t received my order untill now, when will it be delivered?

You did a direct order from the webshop of Polytex Stoffen and now you are wondering when it is delivered to you. Our aim is to send the package to you within 24 hours. As soon as the package service collected your order bij Polytex Stoffen you can track your package via Polytex Stoffen. Polytex Stoffen has a contract with the package service for delevering within 24 hours. If it takes longer Polytex Stoffen has a package number to trace your package.

5. Something went wrong during the process of ordering, so I’ve ordered the wrong article. What should I do?

Sometimes it can happen that something went wrong during the process of ordering via our webshop. To avoid sending you an incorrect item. you should send an email to our sales department: sales@polytexstoffen.com or contact our sales department directly at tel. +31 172 572114

6. After receiving my order I detected an incorrect article? I miss an item in my order?

When you received an incorrect order (done via the web shop) please contact Polytex Stoffen directly, preferably within 24 hours. When you contact us (by phone or email) would you be so kind to keep the packing list of the incorrect delivery in touch. We can asked for it. When something went wrong with an order done by your representative, please contact your sales representative.

7. The color of the article I received is very different from the photo I’ve seen on the website? What should I do?

You have ordered a certain color of a fabrics via our webshop after receiving your order you find the color deviated from the picture in the webshop and you are not satisfied. Unfortunately, this can occur. This can also be caused by an abnormality in the settings of your monitor. The photos of the fabrics are taken with great care before placing on the website. Here we can give you no guarantee.

8. I have been delivered more or less than I ordered. How is this possible?

The delivered meters may indeed differ from the ordered meters. This may be up to 2 meters more or less.

9. I have a complaint about a fabric. Where can I report it?

You can send an email to sales@polytexstoffen.com with the article number, colour number, number of meters and the content of the complaint. There, your complaint will be taken up further. 

10. I am looking for a fabric on the webshop, but I can not find it. What does this mean?

If a fabric can no longer be found on the webshop at all, it is sold out and will not come back in again either.

11. I would like to order a sample before placing my final order with fabrics. Is this possible?

That is certainly possible. You can order a sample via the webshop. To do so, go to the desired article and select sample on the bottom left of the page. 

12. I am missing a fabric from my order. When will it be delivered?

Not all fabrics may be in stock when you place your order. These will be sent automatically as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. You can check the current delivery time of a fabric in the webshop at the article page. Your order confirmation also indicates for each article whether a fabric is in stock or what the delivery time is. 

13. Is Private Label Production also possible?

Yes, that is certainly possible, and we are happy to assist you with our expertise in creating your custom brand.

14. Is small quantity also possible?

We offer you the flexibility to order fabrics in small quantities, starting from just 10 meters per color.
