Confirmation & Shipment
When you have placed your order on the webshop, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The fabrics in stock will be sent to you as soon as possible;
Web-orders placed before 12am will be shipped the same day.
Web-orders placed after 12am will be shipped the next day.
The fabrics that are not in stock yet (presale), will be shipped as soon as possible.
You can find the ETA (in our warehouse) by clicking the question mark next to the article-color number.
If you want the stock fabrics and presale fabrics in the same shipment, please say so in the comments field before confirming the order.
We charge different shipping costs for each country.

The shipping costs will appear on the invoice.
New customers always pay forward. This is possible directly after ordering.
Existing customers always pay afterward. You will receive an invoice by email.
It’s possible that the order can differ from the paid order (max. 2 meters more or less per color).
When this happens, you will receive a (credit) invoice afterwards with the difference.
Our payment term is set at 30 days after the invoice date.

UPV Textile Legislation
From 1 July 2023, Polytex Stoffen will comply with the UPV Textile Legislation.
From then on, we will be partly responsible for the waste phase of all our textiles on the Dutch market.
Are you a Dutch customer and do you want to dispose of textiles originating from us?
Then you can return it to the address below.
We will ensure proper recycling.

If you have a complaint about the fabric and want to return it, you can do so within 14 days.
When you want to return the ordered fabric without complaint, then the costs are for the buyer.

Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process your return and, if applicable, send you a credit note.
We kindly ask you to add a completed return form to the package. Without this form, we cannot process the return. You can find the form below.
