Sheepskin, (also called 'inner lining' or 'teddy') is often used as the lining/inside of a jacket, denim jacket or body warmer. Today, this mix of 80% cotton and 20% polyester is a Hot-Fashion item to use as an outer fabric and to make body warmers, hoodies, pants, jackets and caps. Mixing different colors for the color-block effect is also 'in'. The fabric is easy to work with, does not fray despite being a knit, is lightweight and keeps you warm.
